After an impressive 7.7-year career at Northern Trust, I made the bold decision to follow my passion for baking. In pursuit of this dream, I completed a Diploma in Pastry Arts from the prestigious Lavonne Academy. With this specialized training, I went on to establish Normandy, a bakery that not only reflects my deep love for French patisserie but also aims to deliver a luxury experience to its clientele. Normandy is now celebrated for bringing an authentic taste of France to Bangalore, with a special focus on exquisite Viennoiserie, artisan breads, and, of course, the best brownies in the city.
